Troubleshooting

Issue: The text in BOOM! by ENVISION is too small or looks blurry.

Note: BOOM! by ENVISION is designed to run at a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
Solution: Increase your screen resolution to the maximum setting. Click here for instructions on increasing your screen resolution.

Tip: The presentations you post online can be enlarged by clicking the "Full Screen" text in the top right corner of the presentation
Tip: The Enlarge icon at the top right of Loan Comparison will fill the presentation window with the Loan Comparison.
Issue: BOOM! by ENVISION is not filling the entire screen.

Solution: Update your version of the Flash Player. Click here for instructions.

Issue: My photo and/or logo doesn't appear in the presentation.

Solution: Load your logo and/or photo using the Tools in BOOM! by ENVISION.

Issue: I get this error from BOOM! by ENVISION: “Unable to Locate DLL.”

Solution: Install the .Net Framework Version 1.1 on your computer.
Note: You will need administrative privileges (access to install programs on your computer) to perform this installation.

  1. First, download and install the .Net Framework Version 1.1.
  2. Then download and install the .Net Framework Version 1.1 Service Pack.
