Note: A live Internet connection is required to load a photo.

1. Open BOOM! by ENVISION. From the main menu, click Edit Personal Information under "Tools."
   
   
2. Click Edit your logo from the menu on the left.
   
3. Unless you are certain that your company's logo is not in the list, click My company is in this list.
   If you are certain that the logo is not in the list: Skip to Uploading a Logo.
   
   
4. The list is arranged alphabetically; if your company is in the list, click on it. Click Main Menu to finish.
   If your company is not in the list, you can Upload a Logo. You can also see about adding your company's logo to the list.
   
   

Tip: You can have your company's logo added to the drop-down list. Email your logo to boom@citi.com^†. Indicate your company's name and location in the email. The preferred file format is EPS, but JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIF are acceptable.

Uploading a Logo

Note: If you have not already done so, perform steps 1 and 2 to get to the Edit Your Logo screen.

1. To upload a graphic image of your logo, click I will load a logo. Then click the Load button. A Load Your Logo page will open.
   
2. Click the Browse button.
   
   
3. Locate the logo on your computer. Click the file name, and click the Open button.
   Acceptable file formats are JPG and GIF.
   
4. Click the Show Image button to display the logo. The logo will automatically be oriented to fit in the Logo Area.
   
5. Use the slider or (+) and (-) buttons if you want to adjust the size of the logo. The red box indicates how the image will be cropped when you save the image.
   
6. Click the Save button when you're satisfied.
   
   
   Tip: You can preview the logo in a presentation by clicking View Sample Presentation from the left menu.
   
   
   
7. Important: The logo will not be saved to your computer until you return to the Main Menu. Click Main Menu from the top menu.
