Q. Can anyone purchase BOOM! by ENVISION™?
A. No. BOOM! by ENVISION™ is offered exclusively to CitiMortgage Wholesale Lending partners. All orders are subject to the approval of your area CitiMortgage Account Executive.
Q. How do I become a CitiMortgage Wholesale Lending partner?
A. You can sign up at the CitiMortgage Wholesale Lending Site: https://broker.citimortgage.com/Broker/
Q. What do you do with my clients' information?
A. Nothing. The client database you keep in BOOM! by ENVISION™ is never transmitted to our servers. The presentations you create online contain the clients' names and email addresses, but that information is never stored, tracked, disseminated or otherwise used in any way outside of your presentations.
Q. Can I purchase an office version of BOOM! by ENVISION™ (one license for multiple users)?
A. No. BOOM! by ENVISION™ provides a single-user license. However, your office can install BOOM! by ENVISION™ to a company server, and a separate license can be purchased for each user.
Q. Can I install BOOM! by ENVISION™ on more than one machine?
A. Yes. BOOM! by ENVISION™ can be installed on two machines per licensed user.
Q. Can I import the customer database from my LOS (Loan Origination Software)?
A. Yes. BOOM! by ENVISION™ can import data that has been exported from your LOS in a delimited format. Check your Loan Origination Software's manual or Help section for exporting delimited files. BOOM! by ENVISION™ version 2.7.1 can also import contacts from Microsoft Outlook®.
Q. Can BOOM! by ENVISION™ synchronize (or download) presentations that I created on a different computer?
A. No. BOOM! by ENVISION™ will not synchronize presentations from one computer to another. After selecting Edit Personal Info, only the following items will be synchronized (if applicable) on your computer:
- Contact Information (the text on the lower left side of the screen in your presentations)
- Photo
- Company Logo
- Company Movie
- Co-branded Logo(s)
- Co-branded Photo(s)
Q. How do I know if I have the latest version of BOOM! by ENVISION™?
A. From the main menu, click "Check for Software Updates." BOOM! by ENVISION™ will indicate whether an update is available or if you have the most current version of the program. If an update is available, click "Download Update," and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q. I've created a presentation, and I am looking at the preview. Now what?
A. Post the presentation online. Here's how:
- Click
Web Site on the toolbar.
- Select
Create/Update.
A dialog box provides options for sending an email to that client. The email will include a link to the presentation that you've created as well as any message you choose to include. A copy of that email will automatically be sent to you.
When you've finished entering the email options, click Create Site.
Q. Can I customize the eCard Referral Demos for recipients?
A. No. You can personalize the email message that accompanies the link when you post a demo online.
Q. How can I add my company's logo to the list of available logos?
A. Email your logo to boom@citi.com. Indicate your company's name and location in the email. The preferred file format is EPS, but JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIF are acceptable.
