Loading a Logo
Return to Troubleshooting

Note: A live Internet connection is required to load a logo.

tipIconYou can make your logo available to all BOOM! by ENVISION™ users in your company. See "How can I add my company's logo to the list of available logos?"

1. Open BOOM! by ENVISION™. From the main menu, click Edit Personal Information under "Tools."

2. Click Edit your logo from the menu on the left.

3. Unless you are certain that your company's logo is not in the list, click My company is in this list.
If you are certain that the logo is not in the list: Skip to Uploading a Logo.

4. The list is arranged alphabetically; if your company is in the list, click on it. Click Main Menu to finish.
If your company is not in the list, you can Upload a Logo.

1. Uploading a Logo
To upload a graphic image of your logo, click I will load a logo. Then click the Load button. A Load Your Logo page will open.
Note: Acceptable file formats are JPG, GIF and BMP.

2. Click the Browse button.

3. Locate the logo on your computer. Click the file name, and click the Open button.

4. Click the Show Image button to display the logo. The logo will automatically be oriented to fit in the Logo Area.

5. Important: You must click the Save button, or your logo will not be included in your presentations.

6. After you've clicked Save, you will be returned to the Edit Your Logo page. To finish, click Main Menu.

Didn't get the results you had hoped for? You can email your logo to boom@citi.com. Please specify that you would like it added to your BOOM! by ENVISION™ presentation.
