Increasing the Size of Text and Icons

| Increasing the text size (see Increasing Icon Size) | |
| 1. | Right-click (click using your right mouse button) on the desktop, and click Properties. |

| 2. | In the Display Properties, click the Appearance tab. |
 |
|
| 3. | In the Font size drop-down list, select Large Fonts. |
 |
|
| 4. | Click the Apply button in Display Properties to see the increased text size. |
|
|
| 5. | If the text still appears too small, select Extra Large Fonts from the Font size drop-down list. Click Apply again to see the increased text size. When you are satisfied with the results, click the OK button. |

| 2. | In the Display Properties, click the Appearance tab. |

| 3. | Click the Effects button. |

| 4. | Click to put a check mark next to Use large icons and click OK . |

| 5. | Click the OK button in Display Properties to increase the size of icons. |
